Vacation Rentals

All vacations rentals are fully furnished and include bedlinen, towels, with a minimum stay of 5 days). Rentals for less then 5 nights are only possible if it’s specifically offered on the website. The minimum stay can be shortened during low season or midseason after consulting the owner to 1 or 2 nights.

Cancellation & Refunds

Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, cancellation by the tenant is free of charge.

In case of cancellation by the tenant 60 days or less before the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the total rent.

Otherwise, no payment is refunded. Reservations are not transferable to another party.

We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover your costs in the event you are forced to cancel.

Damage Deposits

All Villas require a damage deposit of at least $300, which may be paid by Stripe. The sum will be refunded within 3 days of departure unless:

Arrival and Departure

Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00 PM on arrival date. This time may be delayed should unforeseen circumstances arise. Check-out time is 11:00 AM on your day of departure unless a late check out time is authorized by the property manager. Please call the property manager for late check out request.

Cleaning

The Villa will be cleaned just prior to your check-in. Mid-stay housekeeping service can be added for an additional fee with most rentals of 5 nights or more.

No Smoking

No smoking is allowed on the Premises. If smoking does occur on the Premises, Guest is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors and removal of debris; Guests may be required to immediately leave the Premises, or be removed from the Premises.

No Illegal Substances or Parties

No illegal substances shall be brought onto the premises. Parties or other functions such as weddings are not allowed on the property.

No Pets

Pets of any kind are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. We comply with all requirements with respect to service animals.

Villa Issues

In the event that any villa issues arise, our on-island property manager will be available to assist you.

Parking

Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked on the property areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
