The property was beautiful! This rental was well appointed and provided so many amenities! The house was clean and comfortable. The area was very peaceful. We found beautiful beaches and great food nearby! Would stay here again!

The villa is impeccably clean, decorated, and stocked. The kitchen may have been the best stocked of any airbnb I've stayed at - we had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfy. The pool had everything you could need (thank you for the floats!), and it was so nice to have beach chairs and beach towels for excursions. Jennifer & Linden & their property manager were extremely communicative and helpful.

The one issue was noise on and near the property. Prior to our arrival, Jennifer & Linden informed us that roof work was being done at the property & there would be some disruption. That was indeed the case, with loud trucks revving their engines outside our windows starting at 7:30 am, which was a buzzkill. That was not their fault, and they did make it up to us in another way. There was also work happening on the lot adjacent to the property with loud jackhammering throughout the morning. Not clear if short or long term thing.

Beautiful place! Kitchen was well stocked. Gorgeous view. Enjoyed having the private pool. Great dinner recommendations. Linden and Jennifer are excellent hosts.

Lovely villa, pool, private surroundings, breathtaking views, helpful and friendly help answering any questions. Definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return!

Perfect place to kick back and relax. Close to restaurants, but in a quiet setting. Enjoyed our week and looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a wonderful week’s stay at Seaview Villas! The sunrise from the back patio was breathtaking, and the house was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen and the grill to cook some delicious seafood bought at a local grocery store, and loved the Mutiny Island mules provided by the hosts.
Every night was peaceful, and the beds were very comfortable.

The property manager was responsive to our questions and always quick to answer the phone. I highly recommend Linden & Jennifer’s place on St Croix for a carefree, relaxing stay.

The villa and location were very nice. The place was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was the construction going on in the complex. It was outside our place and started very early in the morning with a lot of noise. I would just check with Linden & Jennifer prior to booking to see if that has finished. They were very communicative with us when we reached out to them.
